An association has been established in accordance with national laws and in its statute specifies public interest objectives and is active in the protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects with regard to the protection of personal data and may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority on behalf of the data subject.
The authorisation for the submission of complaints is the result referred to in Article 80. The GDPR and, accordingly, on the31st December 2019 received a favourable opinion from the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (AZOP).
Center Feralis is the founder of the first Croatian Club “Data Protection Officer”. HR DPO Club gathers together data protection officers dealing with different fields, from state institutions and public enterprises to corporate and small enterprises.
